About the role
Based in Palmerston North, you'll join the powerhouse team behind one of New Zealand's most recognisable real estate brands - Property Brokers.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you'll collaborate with divisional leadership, sales and marketing teams, and their nationwide network to deliver engaging campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and elevate their brand across all channels.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Develop and deliver tailored marketing and communications plans that achieve divisional goals
- Create content that elevates brand awareness across digital, social, PR, and print channels
- Partner with internal teams to share success stories, case studies, and campaign results
- Identify opportunities for brand storytelling through SEO, paid media, and social platforms
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to demonstrate growth and impact
- Ensure all communication reflects Property Brokers' brand identity, values, and tone
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & DESIRABLE ATTRITBUTES:
- Proven experience managing communications for a division or business unit
- Strong writing ability - from media releases to blog articles and campaign copy
- Expertise in cross-channel brand storytelling (digital, social, PR, print)
- Ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven insights
- Passion for social media, campaign delivery, and events that connect people
- A proactive mindset - you excel in variety, making an impact, and doing great work that matters
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable building relationships with stakeholders nationwide
