Based in the Feilding Clinic, the Customer Services Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the retail side of the business prospers whilst leading the extending team into growth.
Your proven experience in retail will compliment your knowledge base not only in companion animals but also the large animal sector, the dairy, sheep and beef industries in particular. We are looking for someone who can lead a team forward, offering your expertise, knowledge and life experience to really get behind the retail focus and drive this by offering great leadership qualities.
This is a 40 hour per week position and will be on a rostered system as the business is in operation from Monday morning 7.30am to 6pm daily with some nights being late night to 8pm, through to Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Preference for this position would be Tuesday to Saturday, however there is some flexibility available on an individual basis and for the Saturday work to be rostered.
You will also have some financial knowledge as monthly reporting and delivering to the senior leadership team is required along with daily cash and reporting duties.
