Based from the Pahiatua branch, Totally Vets is seeking a Commercial Manager who will be their face out in the community covering the Pahiatua and Dannevirke regions, building key relationships with existing and new customers and suppliers, with a focus on the Dairy, Beef & Sheep and Deer clientele.
This is a new role that has been implemented to continue their sales growth. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing business opportunities consistent with Totally Vets strategies and ethics, as well as being a part of and assisting stakeholder management opportunities. What we are looking for is a person who has extensive sales experience in either the veterinary or agri-sector, and who has proven experience in sales and marketing or customer relationship management. This is a key role with emphasis on driving profitability, growing revenue streams in all aspects of the business and building key relationships both internally and externally.
You will be highly motivated, a forward thinker, with the ability to seek out new opportunities as this will be part of your daily activities. You will be good at being able to relate to customers with modern and traditional values. You will be well organised and have strong report writing skills to enable tracking of your progress against targets, market trends as well as product and pricing strategies for smarter working trends.
