Accounts Payable

Are you a high-volume Accounts Payable expert available for a temporary assignment?

As an experienced Accounts Payable person, you will take responsibility for high-volume invoice processing, scanning, account reconciliation, vendor management and customer enquiries. To ensure your success within this busy role you will be highly organised, efficient and prioritise your workloads to achieve high work output and meet tight deadlines.

 

You will be personable, approachable and an effective communicator, which will ensure that you build strong working relationships with suppliers and staff. Your desire to learn, and to show drive and insight towards the end goal will see you help with the continuous growth of the organisation.

 

You will have well-developed practical experience and be someone who has:

  • Proven expertise in high-volume AP processing
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and high work output
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Exceptional communication - both oral and written

 

This is a temporary role starting immediately for 3 months working 40 hours per week, 8.00am–5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Only those who hold NZ Residency or a valid working visa will be considered for this role
