If you are an industrial strength experienced Accounts Payable operator, then this role is for you.
Cervus Equipment is an international business operating John Deere dealerships in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In New Zealand, Cervus Equipment operates 8 John Deere dealerships across the North Island.
As an experienced Accounts Payable person, you will take responsibility for high-volume invoice processing, account reconciliation, creditor database management and customer enquiries. To ensure your success within this busy role you will be highly organised, efficient and prioritise your workloads to achieve high work output and meet tight deadlines. Your advanced Excel skills will be put to good use and you will add value as your understanding of the Accounts Payable intricacies will enable you to identify and improve systems.
The key areas of responsibility:
- Daily processing and checking of all AP documentation
- Payment runs
- Responding to branch queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Administration back up and support to other Shared Resource Office staff
- Creditor database management
Skills and Experience you can demonstrate:
- Proven expertise in high-volume AP processing
- Exceptional communication
- Experience in reconciliations
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- High level of maturity

This role is based in the Shared Resources Office of Cervus Equipment in Palmerston North. They are a small well-oiled team of 10.
