Debbie is our very own local identity – having been with Palmerston North Personnel almost from day “dot”, she heads our team as one of the Directors.  Debbie is also our very own “Sporty Spice” – often found throwing a ball or bashing a squash/tennis ball  – certainly someone you want on your side!  You will find Debbie’s “worldly” recruitment knowledge, extensive and comprehensive - which is backed with total dedication and an unparalleled track record!

Super organised is our Claire!  Juggling a young family and managing a team of recruiters is no mean feat.  Prior to her Director position Claire actively worked as a Consultant on the “factory floor” – she knows the business demands of coordinating a team yet can still effectively juggle all our psychometric assessment analysis.  Claire is the “farmer” amongst us and has an array of pets plus kids, all crammed onto their farm of 2.5 acres!

Never a dull moment with Christine around.  She always manages to find a positive spin on any situation and has a "life's too short" attitude.  With a great approach to achieving the goals at hand, whether it be Arsenal scoring in the English Premier League or matching people to jobs - Christine is your person.  She is perfect for our temporary solutions team with her outstanding work ethic and speedy efficiency and as for her personal pursuits, yes that's her cruising around on her Kawasaki ZX-10!

Work hard and play hard is a strength Naomi cultivated in Queenstown (the adventure capital of the world). Tourism promotion and marketing developed Naomi’s networking and communications skills. It also nurtured a number of personal challenges involving extreme sports.  Creative and competent, she enjoys meeting new people and can think on her feet. Naomi lives on a dairy farm with an eclectic array of pets including two highland cows (the fluffy ones) and two one-eyed cats.

Having recently landed in Palmerston North from the bustling metropolis of Wellington, Cushla H brings her 7 years worth of recruitment expertise to see the team at PNP through a very active start to 2010.  Most recently Cushla managed a busy temp and perm team in Wellington recruiting in the public and private sector.  As well as managing the team Cushla was also hands on recruiting a wide variety of roles encompassing all aspects of Business Support/Corporate Services as well as Light Industrial roles both temporary and permanent. Cushla H has hit the ground running, ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent level of service our valued clients and customers have come to expect.

Jo makes us all accountable!  Being our Administration Manager Jo ensures our administration and accounts all add up.  Jo has an extensive background in accounting, taxation and administration.  It also pays to be nice to Jo as she is our Payroll guru!  When Jo is allowed to be away from work we often find her socialising, pumping weights or shop, shop, shopping.
