Coming from the hustle and bustle of our capital city, Mason is a “No Added Fluff” type of guy who has moved to the Mighty Manawatu to maintain close family relationships.  Before his return to recruitment solutions - Mason had a successful career in Wellington managing corporate sales teams, business development and in self-employment. 

A diverse background in business and recruitment experience tucked into his back pocket is the key equation allowing Mason to see recruitment from 360 degrees.  By asking the right questions and having the ability to understand your business needs, he’s your “go-to-guy!” and at the end of the day…..He’d better be good at recruitment – cos he’s no oil painting!

As our newest permanent solutions specialist, Kelly is looking forward to delivering on all your permanent recruitment needs. Coming from a background of Management and Recruitment she has tailored successful team solutions for over half of New Zealand.

OK, satisfactory, alright and meeting requirements are not in Kelly's vocabulary, she's all about exceeding, adding value and excellence! Absolutely passionate about providing outstanding customer service and having a very pro-active approach, Kelly believes in listening carefully to client's and candidate's needs and then developing effective solutions.

When she's not creating greatness at work she is spending time with her family and friends, keeping up with her keen interest in all kinds of sports and enjoying long lazy days at the beach (yes, Palmerston North can deliver at certain times of the year!).

Our Annabel is super dedicated and organised as shown in her ability to wear numerous hats (i.e: mother, talented Permanent Solutions Consultant and focussed business studies student) - all the while retaining a positive outlook on life and a smile on her dial!

Never a dull moment with our Christine! Finding a positive spin on any situation, she has the attitude 'life's too short'. Always achieving win win solutions, Christine is now fully cemented into the recruitment industry as a Temporary Solution Specialist and has an outstanding work ethic along with a friendly professional approach. Christine has the same attitude in her life outside of work where she lives life to the fullest, whether it being riding motorbikes - both on the road and off it, gardening on her rural property, playing with the dogs and in the warmer weather being towed behind the boat either on a ski biscuit or a wake board.

After taking a short break from work to have her little boy, it's no surprise she returns, as she's now part of the furniture with more than seven years of experience for PN Personnel up her sleeve! With her knowledge and expertise second to none Cushla prides herself on listening to your needs and delivering solutions every time.

Jo makes us all accountable!  Being our Administration Manager Jo ensures our administration and accounts all add up.  Jo has an extensive background in accounting, taxation and administration.  It also pays to be nice to Jo as she is our Payroll guru!  When Jo is allowed to be away from work we often find her socialising, pumping weights or shop, shop, shopping.

Juggling two young children, a husband, an array of pets on the family 5 acre lifestyle block AND our fabulous team (in no particular order), Claire sets the standard when it comes to organisational skills and efficiency. Currently our manager, resident HR practitioner and qualified psychometric assessor, Claire has worked her way up from recruiting on the front line to shareholder/director for now over a decade. Debbie is our "been there done that" Palmerston North Personnel icon! Having been with us since the very early days, initially as a fresh faced recruiter, quickly ascending to manager and then shareholder/director, her accomplishments are too numerous to list. She still to this day retains the "fresh faced" look, thanks to her unwavering passion and enthusiasm for our industry. Life is busy for Debbie, what with managing Palmerston North Personnel's '"icon status" responsibilities, a husband and darling daughter and son, but never too busy to hear from our valued clients and candidates.
