Psychometric Assessments
What is psychometric assessment and how can it assist your business?

Palmerston North Personnel believes that assessment is a proven way to reduce the risk associated with staff selection and development. Using quality assessment profiling and ability testing gives structured and measurable insights into an individual’s likely behaviours and ability levels. By matching this data to job-related or other benchmarks (such as coping skills and capability levels), probable strengths can be identified as well as areas where further training and development or initial job support may be required.

Psychometric testing can identify existing and required skills, training requirements, and staff development needs.  Assessments are conducted by individuals at our premises or group sessions can be per-arranged and conducted at a venue of your choosing.  Palmerston North Personnel’s trained administrators and assessment interpreters can schedule and conduct the assessments within 24 hours notice.  Our qualified assessment interpreters can provide a full written report and verbal analysis of the results within 24 hours of the assessment’s completion.
